Stretch and Grimace

Owie again. My shoulders are killing me, the outside top part of them, from the Kickbox Jam class the other night. It's a good hurt, but owie. I keep stretching them, along with my hamstrings whenever possible. Smiling through the pain. I will. get. back. in. shape.

Carrie, good for you. Believe me I KNOW how tough it is. (still do infact).

I don't know what gym you go to but I know we don't live too far away so if you ever want a gym buddy I'm more than willing. We can keep pushing each other on. Send me an email if you want to try that sometime.
