OWIE: Part Two

I just got home from Kickbox Jam. Ouch. I loved it. I love love loved it. I got out all my aggression and stress. I punched it out, I kicked it out, I pretended to jump-rope it out. I dripped in sweat. My body didn't jiggle quite as much during the fast feet as it did back in the Fall. I stink. I am gross. I'm so glad I did this. Now, if I could cut down on my 2 cans of Coke a day habit, I'd be a happy girl. I don't like Diet, I don't like "Free", I want my icy cold Coke from a can. But it has too much sugar in it. Sugar = fat. I need to cut that out of my diet. So I'm going to continue to try and kick box it out.

I'm down to one a day and it's killing me! Good luck... the kickboxing sounds like a great idea!
