So far, nothing has really jumped out at me except for the first book on my list- Blame. Honestly, I read and I like or I don't, and I've actually brought back about 5 books or so this year for not being able to get into them. I did enjoy all of Jeffery Deaver's books; he is a great murder mystery writer and the last one of his that I read, The Blue Nowhere, is definitely an eye-opener to just what MIGHT happen because of the way our society uses computer. I'd say that's a great one to check out.
I just finished The Carrie Diaries the other night and found it super easy and fun and it would be a great summer read as you're lounging in the sun (because like me, I'm sure SO many of you will be lounging this summer. Ha ha). No, really, it's the prequel, if you will, to Sex and the City (the book) and I really liked it.
I'm currently starting 2 new books, and am SO excited to delve into Nurture Shock. I've heard some awesome things about it, and so far, after only one chapter, I reallly do like it. I'll keep you posted!
