Owie in my bum bum

CJ is giving me my progesterone shots in my bum, and for some reason, this time around, they are hurting. OWIE! I'm doing the exact same thing as last time: icing the area pre-shot, getting the shot, and then massaging the area with a heating pad. Oye. I can feel the welts and it's making it hard to lie on my back or sit comfortably. I just keep reminding myself: it has to be worth it, it has to be worth it!
