For those of you interested in what K's latest book obsessions are, well, she is loving Dig, Dig, Digging. She has always loved trucks and tractors, but after seeing the tractors, bulldozers, diggers and cranes at a work site not far from our house (and on our daily walk path), well, I had to bring this home from work.K loves it. She goes around saying "dig, dig, dig!", and whenever we see the tractors, she has to wave at them, and then wave goodbye to them as we round the corner towards home.
I love that it is a great, simple introduction to the many different types of machinery and has adorable pictures. And the labels and reading it to Keifer must be sinking in, because the other day on our way to Target, we passed another work site, and when she saw the cranes, she said "crane, crane!" Who knows, maybe she'll be a truck driver someday!
