Once again, the Dakota County Fair was in town. Every August it hits, and we've tried each year to bring the girls. We missed last year because we were in Branson, but we made it last Thursday night, and what a beautiful night for the fair! It was perfect, and I have to say, I think we had the most fun we've ever had! The girls seem to be at that 'just right' age!
We rode ponies! Thursday night (and I will add, Kyla picked out her own outfit! oye!)
And check out the girls 2 years ago, with the ponies! Kyla was so little!
And Keifer was nervous, but loved it (although you couldn't tell!)
We rode the merry-go-round 2 years ago (but we only had $20 worth of tickets this year, so it didn't get them much!)
K2 watched her sissy go on a roller coaster ride
But this year, she got to go on and LOVED it!
Back when Keifer was younger, she liked the car rides, too.....
But this year, she went on the Gravitron with Dad, while mama walked Kyla over to the cars. Not many kids were there that night! Perfect! Lots of waving at me!
We had the usual fair ware to eat- pizza, doughnuts, corn dogs, and a chocolate malt. I tried the new PB&J deep fried on a stick! Super good, but gooey and messy! YUM!
