I love you, mama

The three magic words that every parent loves to hear: I love you. The past two weeks, Keifer has learned to say "I love you" to me and CJ, all on her own. She's been saying it out of the blue, here and there, and yesterday, she said "I love you, daddy" when he was on his way out the door to work. Ahhh, my heart.

This AM, while watching her beloved Sesame Street, when Cookie Monster came on, she stopped in her tracks, and said "hi, Cookie!" and then, "I love you, Cookie!". I was laughing, and then when Grover came on, she again said, "I love you, Grover!". She is really just a sweet pea. She's also been learning "no thank you" when we ask her questions and she says "no" to them. It's been a work in progress, but she's been pretty consistent lately with adding on that "thank you" to the end of it, although it sounds like 'sank sou".

Here is a pic of me and my girl on Nana & Papa's couch last weekend, with the fur kids, and she thought she was reading the Chinese take out menu. Hee hee.
You can actually see her lips forming "cheese"
Ahh, how I love my sweet girl
Watching Elmo on mommy and daddy's bed one morning, and Tboy decided to come and sit in HIS spot, right next to K.

So cute! Skyler still will only say love to us when prompted, looking forward to when he shares those feeling openly :)
