Do you back up and save your blog? If so, HOW? And, can you please explain it to me simply, so that CJ can figure it out and we can do this? I am freaked- if I were to lose all my blog stuff, there goes my IVF history for Keifer, my PG journal and now my life-with-baby journal.
TIA (Thanks in Advance!)
C.

Every few months I save it to a word document that then gets saved on our external hard drive whenever Greg backs up the computer.
I think blogger has an archive feature, but I've never figured it out.
Someday I want to make a book using Blurb - which can directly load blogger pages. (www.blurb.com)
It is sad but I've never really thought about this. I should figure that out myself! Thanks for posting!
I'd never thought of this either. You have my wheels turning though.... I want to do it, too.
I guess I always assumed my blog was safe. Is it in danger of disappearing?!
Speaking of this, I would like to know if there's a program out there or something that would enable me to print out my blog chronologically (from earliest to latest date). I'm thinking about giving a copy to each of my boys. :)
Oh - I think I might be able to do it on the site monkeymama cited: blurb.com! Thanks, Sarah!
Rebecca- how do you save into Word? Do you copy and paste into a document the actual computer screen page that shows?
Emilie- no concerns it'll disappear, but Ive been having technical issues at work, and it reminds me that nothing is for sure with the computer world, and whose to say that blogger.com might not just up and disappear someday? KWIM ? I Just want to make sure I have these posts in a hard copy format.
At the end of the month (or after several months) I drag to copy and paste the whole string of posts - so it just has text, photos, and links. Right now I don't have the comments and blog page format in there.
I have a lot of hand written stuff from Rebecca's birth up to when I started my blog and I had grand ideas about making one big word document that I would print as a book, so I wasn't interested in having it look like a blog. I think I have about half of that early journal typed in. At the rate I'm going I'll be finished in time for my grandkids to read it. :)
I save each 3 months into a new document so that they aren't huge. I don't know that it is necessary or if it will ever be useful... I just started it and would feel weird stopping.
